There always needs to be a respect for the residents and business owners of White Rock. Property tax increases should be held to the rate of inflation. Anything more than that means that something is wrong with the municipal budget. Those living on fixed incomes would be the first to benefit from that strategy.

Proper utilization of municipal funds directly impacts what residents and business owners alike see in property taxes. If funds are spent inefficiently or on unnecessary projects, or if revenue sources are not explored or made more efficient, then those taxes are destined to increase. My experience and record in municipal office illustrates how property taxes can be held in check with minimal annual increases, staying on average below the rate of inflation.

If I am voted into council I will ensure that ever tax dollar is spent in the most efficient and effective way.  Every dollar of taxpayer’s money should be MAXIMISED to benefit the community and city of  White Rock
